I hold a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Physiology, and I am certified under the National Council of Strength and Fitness, and National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition to group fitness training at Alpha Fit Club in Westfield, NJ where I am Head Coach, I also love working with private clients. I have extensive experience with private training, sports performance training, and youth athlete coaching.
